Our Process
Investigate
We begin each new management mandate with an assessment of the physical asset, operating systems, surrounding market and understanding the owner's investment objective.
Plan
We now begin by creating a detailed strategy which is then put into effect starting with matching the best-suited personnel with the asset. We build a five-year capital improvement and replacement plan, a comprehensive preventative maintenance program along with a leasing agenda.
Execute
Once executed, we continually evaluate our progress and review our agenda as required, which ensures the success of the owner’s investment objective.

We extend our onboarding program over the course of the first year with each staff personnel receiving quarterly performance reviews. Tiffany Khuu brings over 15 years of dynamic experience in the real estate industry, marked by a progressive career in Residential, Commercial, and Rural Real Estate. She began her journey by obtaining multiple real estate licenses and collaborating with builders on the sales and marketing of new development projects.
Eager to broaden her expertise, Tiffany became a Licensed Property Manager, where she managed Condominium Corporations across Calgary and surrounding cities. Her role involved overseeing daily operations, coordinating multimillion-dollar building envelope projects, processing complex insurance claims, and facilitating Special Assessments and Resolutions. She also chaired Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and worked closely with Boards of Directors to safeguard and enhance the long-term health and value of the properties under her care.
After years dedicated to condominium management and real estate sales, Tiffany took her career to the next level by co-founding her first brokerage. This venture deepened her understanding of the intricacies of running a successful business while maintaining compliance with governing regulations. She later achieved her Broker’s License and launched her second brokerage, further solidifying her leadership in the industry.
Today, Tiffany holds licensing in Residential, Commercial, and Rural Real Estate, Property and Condominium Management, as well as Real Estate and Condominium Brokerage. She is an active member of the Calgary Real Estate Board and the Real Estate Association of Edmonton, offering comprehensive real estate and property management services throughout Alberta.
